| Howard Services is
a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), and the National
Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), and is certified to test, inspect
and repair ductwork under the IAQA Standard #95-I, and by Florida Power
and Light. We offer air duct cleaning services for all types of commercial,
industrial and residential ductwork, including the air handling equipment,
evaporator coils, blower assemblies, diffusers and exhaust fan equipment.
These services also include ductwork sanitization and ozone treatment for
odor removal. We also provide sales and installation of Pan-Protectors,
Micro-Treat, Micro Shield, and Bacti-Gard for protection and sanitization
of condensate drain pans and drain lines. |

Duct Cleaning Process |
| All grilles are
removed to an exterior location, cleaned with a mild soap, dried and sanitized.
The duct system is put under a negative air pressure using a high powered
vacuum. High pressured air is introduced into the duct work to dislodge
dirt and debris. High pressure air whips are also used to pull dirt and
debris into a large collection bag which will be located outside the house.
The interior of the air handler is cleaned with a high powered H.E.P.A. vacuum.
The blower wheel and blower housing are removed and taken to an exterior
location, cleaned with a a mild soap and dried. The evaporator coil and
drain pan are cleaned and the condensate line is blown out. All components
that were removed for cleaning are reinstalled and the entire air conveyance
system is sanitized with an E.P.A. registered biocide. After the job is
completed, the power is returned to the HVAC system and the operation of the
equipment is checked. |

sales, installation and filter change services. Howard Services can
also provide IAQ building surveys including test and balance services. |

Firebond Air Filters |
 We
install Fiberbond filter media in every system we sell. Fiberbond
media is a high performance air filtration media that out performs all
other filters of it's kind. Fiberbond Dual-Ply Dustlok air filters
offer the most in polyester media. Two distinct densities allow for
maximum depth loading and dust retention. The adhesive in Dustlok
securely locks trapped particulants in the media and assures a high percentage
of air-borne contaminant removal.

Spor-AxTM antimicrobial
agent provides a broad range of control for a number of mold, algae, mildew
and a whole list of gram-positive bacteria. Dual-Ply Dustlok is available
in 1 and 1½ inch thickness in widths up to 92 inches to meet your
specific needs. |
