How Often You Should Have HVAC Maintenance

For residential customers, we have 3 different PCA Maintenance Agreements for you to choose from. The first option is a one year agreement, which allows for two prepaid tune-ups per year. Our second option is a two year agreement that pays for four prepaid tune ups per year. The third option is a three year agreement that covers six prepaid tune-ups per year. Depending on your HVAC situation, you may need more or less maintenance. It is recommended that commercial businesses have their HVAC checked once a year. This will help prevent costly repairs or replacements.
